Refund policy

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for any reason.

If you are in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your
order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day
policy is longer than that, so you are covered either way.

Condition
The canvas must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition
it arrived in.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@cubespace.store with your order number and we will send you
the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before
contacting us — parcels sent without a return request cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping
- If you changed your mind, you cover the cost of sending it back.
- If the canvas arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover
  everything.

Damaged or wrong items
Open your parcel and check it when it arrives. If something is damaged or
wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo of the canvas and a photo of the
outer packaging. In most cases we will simply send a replacement or refund you
— you will not need to post anything back.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment
method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show
it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and
you have not seen the money, email us.

What cannot be returned
Gift cards, if we ever sell them. Everything else in the shop can be returned
under the terms above.
